The World Natural Hair Show 2011

So yes, I went to the World Natural Hair show for the second time and let's just say...it was an interesting experience. And I don't mean BAD. After all, I drove and road 6.5 hours up in a fly Expedition with 4 of my friends.

It was a much needed girls weekend out and hangin' out with such an amazing group of women was definitely the highlight of the trip.

Natural Hair Expo in Houston, Texas!

I've never been to Texas. Which is crazy because I've been to over 20 states in the U.S. of A. And Texas isn't one of them. Had the funds been rollin' a little bit better, I'd be headed over there for this event. It's going to be huge!

Soooo wish I could have gone! I love everything about these natural hair expos and shows. They bring out the entreprenerial spirit in brown people and it just warms my heart.

Natural Haircare Expo in B.Mo!

I love how this hair show is surrounded around so many fantastic music acts. If you're in the area, I think it's worth headin' out to. And of course, if you DO go, be sure to let me know how it went.
